This is a larger small firm. Five partners. Twenty people. Big enough to be interesting. Small enough to feel human.

Busy season caps at 54 hours. Outside tax season it drops to 35.

Healthcare is fully covered.

Tax compliance and advisory alongside accounting reviews and audits.

Clients range from small family businesses to $25 million dollar multi owner groups.

Real estate and construction lead the way with exposure to legal, medical and complex owner‑managed businesses.

They are hiring a generalist Tax Manager to step into a clear succession path. One of the partners is retiring in three years and wants to hand things over properly, not disappear overnight.

This suits someone with five plus years in public accounting ideally from a mid‑sized firm who wants influence without burning out.
