Senior Accounting Manager – Consolidations

• Lead the global consolidation process for a multinational public company with extensive international operations.
• Gain high visibility through partnership with finance leadership, tax, treasury, legal, investor relations, and external auditors.
• Play a key role in SEC reporting and consolidated financial statement preparation.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives that enhance reporting accuracy and close efficiency.
• Mentor and develop accounting professionals while building a high-performing team culture.
• Exposure to complex accounting, foreign currency, and multi-entity reporting challenges.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation activities, including intercompany eliminations and close management.
• Oversee foreign currency translation and remeasurement processes for international subsidiaries.
• Support SEC filings, financial statement disclosures, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Maintain and strengthen SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting.
• Partner with global finance teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.

• 10+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• 5+ years of consolidation experience within a complex, multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidated financial reporting.
• Experience with financial reporting systems such as Hyperion, HFM, Workiva, or similar platforms.
