Position Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist in the Melville, NY office. The Receptionist will be responsible for being the first impression for the office, managing phone calls, receiving mail and packages, providing administrative assistance upon request, and utilizing clerical skills to support office operations on a daily basis.

  • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Previous experience in a legal or professional office setting is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Range: $25 - $27 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
