Position: COMMUNITY MANAGER LEAD

COMMUNITY MANAGER LEAD – Compass Group USA (Rapport, a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group)

We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager Lead to provide exemplary customer support, oversee catering and meeting services, manage building upkeep, and create an engaging environment for both staff and visitors.

Job Summary

Provide high-level internal and external customer support with a warm welcome and seamless experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level internal and external customer support with a warm welcome and seamless service.
  • Collaborate with on-site team lead and associates to design and coordinate catering services, meeting setups, and special requests for meetings and events.
  • Work closely with building management and hard services team to schedule preventative maintenance and general office repairs.
  • Enter work orders and follow up with the facilities team.
  • Apply culinary, menu planning and food service knowledge as an added value.
  • Speak knowledgeably about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of all office space including open work areas, conference rooms, lobby, and kitchen.
  • Set up catering and break down a catering event.
  • Communicate effectively with peers, displaying accuracy and attention to detail in verbal and written communications.
  • Maintain a strong awareness of business activity and communicate all updates with your team members.
  • Communicate and interact effectively with all other departments.
  • May serve as point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
  • Preferable to have catering set‑up knowledge and Serv Safe Certified.
  • Proactive, timely and clear communication to team and leadership, especially alerting the team of changes and needs to support successful front desk and floor services functions.
  • Effectively solve space or amenity related issues to ensure an elevated agency experience.
  • Work with CONDECO or any other space management tool.
  • Observe floor operations, user behaviors and suggest strategic changes to continue enhancing the experience on the floor.

  • Genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering a memorable experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and juggling many jobs simultaneously while interacting with visitors in a public environment.
  • Excellent listening and oral communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment.
  • Punctual, dependable, and dedicated to achieving operational excellence.
  • Discreet, ethical, and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Consistently professional approach, with mindset to take ownership and responsibility within and outside job domain.
  • Two to three years’ experience in a client service or reception position within a hospitality or corporate environment.
