Managementteamtoprovideallfacetsofconstructionprojectsupport,includingsubmittalprocessing,material management,andbudgetanalysis.

• Initiate,prepare,review,develop,track,anddistributesubmittalsandRFIsthrough
  
  Procore.
• Trackfiledocumentation(e.g.,correspondence,reports,etc.)in Procoredailytofollow-uponand/orsummarizeprojectissues,agreements,communicationswithownersandsubcontractors,etc.
• Reconcilepaperworkwiththe Owner'sField
  
  Reptoensureaccurateandpropercompletionoftimesheets.
• Engagetheworkcrewsinconversationonboththetechnicalandsafetyaspectsofthejob.
• Confirminstallationisinaccordancewithspecificationand/ormanufacturers'recommendation.
• Conductdailylogentries.
  
  Ensureprogressphotosaretaken,cutsheets,fielddrawingmarkedup,T&Esheetsverified/signed(ifany),andconstructedfieldmeasurementsarecompleteddaily.
• Interface with Cost Engineertotrackinvoicesandreceiptsforfieldpurchaseordersandmaintainfieldpurchaseorderfilesanddocumentation .
• CoordinatefabricationanddeliveryofmaterialswithprojectCPM,Project Manager,and Superintendent.
• Interface with Cost Engineertocodeandapprove POinvoices,coordinating with
  
  Accounts Payable and Project Support team .
• Reviewandsubmitquantitiestoownerforapproval.
• Assistthe Project Managerinbudgetanalysisandcostprojections .
• Assistinmanagementofallsubcontractors.
• Gatherandsubmitcloseoutdocumentation.
• Assist Project Managerwithprojectionsandcoststocomplete .

• 3+yearsofrelevantexperience,preferably
  
  Civil
  
  Engineering.
• Bachelor’sdegreeincivilengineeringpreferred.
• Proficientintheuseof Microsoft Officeandstandardcomputerapplications .
• Displayahighlevelofinitiative,effort,andcommitmenttowardscompletingassignmentsinatimelymanner.
• Abilitytoidentifyproblems;determineaccuracyandrelevanceofinformation;usesoundjudgmenttogenerateandevaluatealternativesandmakerecommendations.
• Effectivecommunicationskills,interpersonalandorganizationalskills,andastrongworkethic.

Compensationrangeforthisroleis $100,000-$145,000.
