Managementteamtoprovideallfacetsofconstructionprojectsupport,includingsubmittalprocessing,material management,andbudgetanalysis.

Thisisahybridremoteposition.

Traveltoactiveprojectsites,includingextendedstaysonlocation,is required.

Theanticipatedtravelrequirementforthisroleisapproximately
30%.

• Tracktheprojectscopebylineitemsastheyrelatetothejobphasesandschedule.
  
  Identifycostslippage,overruns,potential overruns,savings opportunities,andreportthesetothe
  
  Project
  
  Manager.
• ManageT&M,MURK,andotherextraworkdeliverables.
• Supporttheprojectteaminthepreparationandreviewofchangeorders,back charges,andcosttransfers.
• Reviewandverifycraftlabortimesheetsfromthe Foreman.
• Codeandapproveinvoiceswith Accounts Payable and Contract Administration .
• Effectivelymanagerelationshipswithvendorsandsubcontractors.
• Communicateandworkcloselywiththe Project Manager ,Superand Foremantoensureproactivecostmanagement.
• Responsibleforcoordinatingwith Project Manage rand Contract Administratortopreparemonthlypencilrequisitionsforclientreviewaswellasallfinalrequisitions .
• Assistinthepreparationoffinancialreporting.

• 0-2yearsofrelevantexperience,ideallyincivilconstruction.
• Bachelor’sdegreeinconstructionmanagement,Civil Engineering preferred.
• Proficientintheuseof Microsoft Officeandstandardcomputerapplications .
• Displayahighlevelofinitiative,effort,andcommitmenttowardscompletingassignmentsinatimelymanner.
• Abilitytoidentifyproblems;determineaccuracyandrelevanceofinformation;usesoundjudgmenttogenerateandevaluatealternatives,andmakerecommendations.
• Effectivecommunicationskills,interpersonalandorganizationalskills,andastrongworkethic.

Compensationrangeforthisroleis
70-85k.
