Engineering Technician

Responsible for troubleshooting and/or testing of company products following standard methods and procedures and adhering to established specifications, using standard laboratory equipment.

• Perform fundamental and repetitive tests of electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies to determine if the assemblies meet specification.
• Perform tests and troubleshoots equipment by setting up and using standard laboratory equipment.
• Work from schematics, specifications, sketches, or other authorized information to determine performance requirements of equipment being tested.
• Repair, adjust, and calibrate equipment to bring it within requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.

• High School Diploma and a minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience or 2 years Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years prior related experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology highly preferred.
• RF Devices and Microprocessor experience required.
