Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

• Process and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
• Modify and create technical drawings in accordance with engineering standards
• Update and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of product documentation and CAD models
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure proper release and implementation of changes
• Support continuous improvement in documentation and drafting processes

• 3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Drafter, Engineering Technician, or similar role
• Proficiency in CAD software (Solid Works)
• Familiarity with ECO processes and ERP systems (Epicor)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time constraints
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Associate degree in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience
