Nelson + Pope is seeking a qualified Designer/Drafter/CAD Technician to work in the Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Department in our Melville, New York office for an immediate start. The work includes design/drafting for HVAC, plumbing systems, electrical and fire protection for new building construction and renovation projects.

• proficient in Auto Cad, Auto Cad MEP, Revit
• support partners, project managers and senior technical staff
• preparation of permit, construction and bid documents
• detail oriented and commitment to producing high-quality work
• ability to work independently or in collaboration with a team
• good communication, organizational & time management skills
