Financial Services Tax - Real Estate and Infrastructure Transactions Senior Associate
Join PwC as a Senior Associate in our Financial Services Tax practice, providing tax advisory services to clients in the global real estate and infrastructure sectors. You will assist with tax analysis of transactions, manage projects, and foster team development while navigating complex tax environments across jurisdictions.
As part of this role, you will:
- Provide in‑depth tax advisory services to clients in the real estate and infrastructure sectors
- Advise on fund formation for both U.S. and international ventures
- Draft and present insights on tax regulations, enhancing research efficiency through technology
- Engage with cross‑border structures and treaty planning strategies
- Confirm compliance with tax standards while delivering exceptional service
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in tax or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Taxation
- Certified Public Accountant
- LLM in Taxation
- Experience advising on U.S. international tax matters
- Strong understanding of U.S. tax code and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity in emerging legal tech
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate live transactions
