Our Client in the Healthcare space is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join a fast-growing, highly acquisitive organization. The position is responsible for delivering accounting support and financial analysis that informs strategic planning, as well as managing ad-hoc analytical projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CPA in Progress
• 5+ Years of Experience
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
• Solid experience with journal entries, month-end close processes, and billing cycles
• Healthcare Industry Experience
• Workday Financials Experience

• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Prior experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

• Review and analyze accounting transactions.
• Classify bank activity, expenses, and related items.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare weekly/monthly management reports and trend analysis.
• Assist with annual budgeting, financial planning, workforce, and capital budgets.
• Build and maintain automated reporting and forecasting tools.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Perform due diligence analysis for equity and debt inquiries.
• Review weekly AP check runs and ensure timely, accurate AP close.
• Support Controller with special projects and process improvements.
• Monitor expenses and consolidate financial data for status reports.
