Salary: $230K–$250K

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

The Opportunity

An established, growing organization is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead its Accounting & Finance function and play a key role in the company's continued growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a financial leader who enjoys being both strategic and actively involved in day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting and financial operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and cash management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
• Ensure strong internal controls, GAAP compliance, and accurate financial reporting.
• Partner with executive leadership to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory accounting, cost controls, and margin analysis.
• Lead and develop the Accounting & Finance team.
• Streamline processes, improve systems, and strengthen the overall Finance function.
• Support strategic initiatives and continued business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Progressive financial leadership experience as a CFO, VP Finance, or Controller.
• Distribution and/or consumer goods industry experience required.
• Strong hands-on accounting experience, including direct involvement in month-end close.
• Solid background in inventory accounting, cost analysis, and gross margin management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Strong ERP and Excel skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team, improve processes, and partner with executive leadership.
• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
