• Assist Medicare beneficiaries in understanding their options and selecting the most suitable plan.
• Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding Medicare plans and benefits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare policies and procedures.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records of beneficiary inquiries.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for record-keeping.
• Valid licensing required to assist with Medicare plans.

Salary: $70,000-$150,000
