As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage a full desk, driving both client and candidate relationships for permanent placement roles. This is an opportunity for experienced recruiters to leverage their expertise and earn significant commissions.

• Build and maintain client relationships within assigned verticals.
• Source, qualify, and present candidates for direct hire roles.
• Negotiate offers and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team success.
• Achieve and exceed placement and revenue goals.

• 3-4 years of agency recruiting experience (full desk preferred).
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
