As an IT Associate , you’ll play a key part in supporting both end users and our broader business technology needs. You’ll troubleshoot devices, manage onboarding and IT assets, support our Salesforce systems, and assist with IT projects that drive the company’s growth.
• Provide first-level help desk support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Maintain and document the internal ticketing system and IT inventory
• Support onboarding processes, including account creation and device setup
• Assist with IT projects, including hardware/software deployments and upgrades
• Create and update IT documentation for technical and non-technical users
• Respond promptly to business-critical IT emergencies
• Support and contribute to Salesforce management and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Required:
• 1+ year of IT support experience
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand user needs
• Proficient in Salesforce (admin/support experience a major plus)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Help Desk ticketing systems and IT asset tracking
• Strong communication skills — written and verbal
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and resolve issues efficiently
• Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset Preferred:
• 2+ years of IT support experience
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
• Experience with cloud/virtual servers, routers, firewalls, and switches Compensation: $60,000

Compensation:
$60,000 per year
