IT Project Manager
Department Overview:
Oversees product strategy and delivery for foundational digital experiences that support the broader patient journey, including provider data, enablement, and platform capabilities. Ensures consistency, integration, and scalability of digital assets across consumer and Epic environments, supporting alignment with enterprise-wide digital experience goals
Highly PreferredSkills:
- Digital product leadership, preferably within healthcare or patient engagement ecosystems.
- Proven track record overseeing end-to-end digital experience strategies aligned with enterprise goals.
- Experience managing platform enablement, scalability, and cross-functional alignment across consumer and clinical settings.
- Strong understanding of Epic system architecture, digital data integration, and patient journey mapping.
- Strategic leader capable of driving innovation and measurable digital transformation outcomes
Directs, plans, organizes and evaluates enterprise digital patient experience features/capabilities and associated business processes from strategy and design through execution. Facilitates the activities of the business, including all change and culture management components as well as coordinating the technical execution, including digital marketing, software development and technology business solutions. Actively monitors performance and makes adjustments to drive KPIs and desired outcomes.
Participates in the ongoing process to identify and prioritize business processes and functions that can be converted to digital to enhance experience, outcomes, efficiency, and ultimately empower the patient to become a trusted partner in the management and delivery of their care.
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience and 7+ years of leadership / management experience, required.
