As part of the Employee Benefits team, you will support clients with the delivery of our benefit technology solution, including configuration, testing, ongoing service, and annual renewal changes during the implementation lifecycle.

• Configure systems based on client needs and maintain thorough understanding of internal systems.
• Test new and existing system functionality to ensure accurate client configuration; develop expertise in benefit technology solutions.
• Verify technical reference information, including user guides, training manuals, and system requirements.
• Resolve client issues and provide guidance on the use of HUB International products.
• Train clients on system use and deliver demonstrations as needed.
• Update sites as requirements change each plan year (e.g., benefit class matrix, rates, permissions, field options, site text).
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred experience with Employee Navigator or other benefit enrollment solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate with technical and non‑technical personnel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic functions).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for strategy.
• High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, and accuracy.
• Initiative and resourcefulness in meeting challenges with innovative approaches while maintaining quality.
• Passion for teamwork, client service, and business results through problem solving.
• Knowledge of client service, benefits administration, open enrollment processes, EDI files, and/or ACA reporting is a plus.
