Job Description

Assists in the analysis, configuration, testing, and on-going support of the Epic Healthy Planet population management application, which encompasses support for Value-Based Care, Care Management and Regulatory and Quality Reporting. Assists in consultation with departments to provide customer support during and post implementation.

• Assists in the analysis, verification, tracking and development of implementation plans for system development and implementation of project access which may include discovery, design, conversion, testing, and/or any other components of the project plan cycle.
• Helps in ensuring processes are compliant with system policies, applicable laws, and contractual bargaining agreements.
• Collaborates with implementation teams to resolve user issues.
• Assists in consultation with departments to provide customer support during and post implementation.
• Troubleshoots issues and resolves concerns as well as recommends necessary fixes.
• Operates with direct guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity.

• Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience, required.

• Epic Certifications preferred
• Epic Healthy Planet or ambulatory certifications highly preferred

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member’s base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).

The salary range for this position is $58,540-$92,650/year
