* Full-time## What the work is Onboarding new sites: migrating their existing data, configuring the system around how they already work, training staff, and standing behind the switch on the first day of live service. Then supporting those sites — diagnosing a problem, fixing what you can, and handing engineering a report precise enough to act on when you cannot.

This is not a script-reading job. A point of sale that fails during dinner service is an emergency for the business on the other end, and the person answering has to understand the system well enough to be useful in the first five minutes.## What we look for Technical enough to read a log, run a query and reason about what a system is doing.

Calm enough to be the voice on the phone when somebody is having a bad night. Both matter, and the second one is harder to hire for.

Hospitality or retail operations experience is a genuine advantage here — knowing what a Friday service feels like changes how you prioritise.##
