Job Summary: Drives company vehicles over established routes to deliver products and maintain inventory. Provides top‑notch service to clients and customers at all times.

• Ensure the truck is properly loaded before each route and follows outlined operational procedures.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
• Load hand cart with product, walk to the machines, load and unload items as required.
• Perform product rotation to keep items fresh at client locations.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of the job.
• Clean and sanitize vending machines and related equipment.
• Execute minor service and adjustments on machines; report any defective equipment.
• Maintain accurate machine product and inventory data via a handheld computer.
• Inform clients of new products or services; respond to and resolve service complaints.
• Set up merchandise displays or issue sales promotion materials to customers.
• Accountable for receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash, and product.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation according to established procedures.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3 years of driving experience required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred 1‑2 years of customer service experience or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
