Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Mechanical Assembler to join our production team. If you are proficient with hand tools, can read blueprints, and have a passion for precision work, we encourage you to apply!

Salary: $17 - $20 per hour
Shift: First
Work Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
Education: High School

• Assembly: Accurately assemble complex mechanical and electromechanical components and sub-assemblies according to engineering blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and bills of materials (BOMs).
• Tool Operation: Utilize a variety of hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers), power tools (drills, rivet guns), and precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) safely and effectively.
• Quality & Testing: Inspect parts for defects, perform functional testing on assemblies as required, and ensure the final product meets all established quality standards.

• Mechanical Assembling

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
• Demonstrated ability to use various precision measuring tools and shop equipment.
• Physical stamina:
  Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Years of experience: 1 year (entry level)
