We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who can bridge design intent with efficient, repeatable production. This role focuses on improving manufacturing processes, supporting electromechanical assembly, and driving consistency, quality, and throughput across the shop floor. It’s well suited for someone who enjoys hands‑on engineering, continuous improvement, and close collaboration with production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and optimize electromechanical assembly processes to improve efficiency, quality, and repeatability.
- Design and refine tooling and fixtures to support safe, accurate, and scalable production.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to transition products into manufacturing and resolve build issues.
- Use ERP systems to support routing, work instructions, and production data accuracy.
- Apply SPC, 5S, and continuous improvement principles to reduce variation and improve overall process performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Proficiency with Solid Works for tooling, fixture, or manufacturing support design.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and its application in manufacturing and inspection.
- Experience supporting tooling, fixtures, and production equipment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing data workflows.
- Working knowledge of SPC and lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally with production teams.
