CNC Machinist

In the aerospace industry, a CNC Machinist is a highly skilled role where precision is non‑negotiable. Because aerospace components often involve exotic metals and complex geometries for flight‑critical systems, the setup process is much more rigorous than in general manufacturing. This is a great opportunity for someone to broaden their CNC experience.

Salary: $62,400 - $80,000 per year
Shift: First
Work Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
Education: High School

• Use micrometers, bore gauges, thread wires, and optical comparators to verify parts against AS9100 standards.
• Perform Set ups and breakdwons as needed.
• Load raw materials into the CNC lathe machine.
• Set up tooling, fixtures, and programs according to the job specifications.
• Ensure proper machine calibration and alignment.
