Molding Operator

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Molding Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing molds, operating production equipment, and manufacturing high-quality precast products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

salary: $52,000 - $55,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education:
No Degree Required

• Prepare, clean, and inspect molds before each production run.
• Pour and place raw materials into molds according to specifications.
• Operate and monitor molding equipment and production machinery.
• Remove finished products from molds and inspect them for defects.
• Maintain product quality and meet daily production goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and keep the work area clean.
• Assist with material handling and other production duties as needed.
