As an Account Executive, you will support the Account Supervisor in managing client relationships, ensuring projects and campaigns run smoothly. You will play a critical role in coordinating day-to-day account activities, serving as a key point of contact for clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver results. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, as well as a proactive approach to growing client relationships and business.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Being a point of contact for clients and daily communications.
- Assisting with the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across multiple channels.
- Supporting project management duties, including project briefing, timelines, and scope management to ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget.
- Collaborating with internal teams (creative, media, digital, and production) to drive projects forward and address client needs.
- Participating in client meetings, including weekly status calls and business reviews, while ensuring actionable follow-ups.
- Assisting in identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and supporting new business initiatives.
- Conducting research to develop a deeper understanding of clients’ industries, businesses, and competitors.
- Helping to monitor campaign performance through analytics tools and contributing to client reports with actionable insights.
- Ensuring quality control for all deliverables and materials shared with the client.
Skills:
- 2-to-4 years’ experience working in an advertising agency or marketing environment.
- Experience with consumer, retail brands, B2B, healthcare, or higher education a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build client trust and relationships.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other reporting tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow in the role.
- A collaborative and positive workstyle that fosters teamwork and innovation.
