Job Overview

Always Compassionate Home Care seeks Licensed Practical Nurses to work in a 1:1 private duty home care setting. It is a fun, customer‑focused environment where people truly believe in what they’re doing.

• At least 6 months of nursing experience
• Nurse license and registration
• BLS from American Heart Association
• Physical, Quanti
  
  FERON within a year
• MMR Titers within 10 years
• Malpractice Insurance
• NPI #

• Perform patient care duties and treatments as per care plan
• Provide health promotion, counseling, and education
• Administer medications and other personalized interventions
• Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals
• Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
• Additional responsibilities as required

$35/hour
