We are currently seeking a skilled and empathetic Nurse Practitioner to support clinical services including ultrasound monitoring, IUIs, patient education, and cycle coordination.

• Perform transvaginal ultrasounds for follicle monitoring and pregnancy confirmation when physicians are not on-site.
• Identify patients ready for RE (Reproductive Endocrinology) cycles and direct them to appropriate ICI/IUI scheduling.
• Conduct sperm preparation and perform intrauterine inseminations (IUIs) using partner or fresh semen in adherence to clinical protocol and time‑out procedures.

• Teach patients how to self‑administer fertility injections and understand medication protocols.
• Explain treatment options and planned cycle steps in a clear, compassionate manner.
• Provide ongoing support, anticipatory guidance, and emotional counseling throughout treatment.
• Communicate pregnancy test results and next steps with empathy and clarity.

• Conduct new patient consults and initiate personalized plans of care.
• Schedule diagnostic tests, order medications, and maintain up‑to‑date treatment plans under physician direction.
• Coordinate timelines, ensure completion of checklists, and track progress using internal systems.

• Document all patient interactions and clinical procedures in EMR.
• Administer subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, interpret lab results, obtain vital signs, and secure informed consent.
• Ensure a clean, safe clinical environment in compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols.
• Answer patient inquiries and calls related to lab values, semen analysis, and treatment updates.

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification with the state of New York is required.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in women’s health or OB/GYN; experience in IVF/fertility is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, listening, and counseling skills.
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems such as Athena and RESOURCE, along with basic office technology.
• Availability to work weekends and select holidays as needed.
