Position: 1:1 Private Duty LPN- Long Island

* Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to work in a 1:1 private duty home care setting.
** Qualifications/

Education:

*** At least 6 months of nursing experience
* Nurse license
** and
* * registration* BLS from
* American Heart Association
** Physical, Quanti

FERON within a year
* MMR Titers within 10 years
* Malpractice Insurance
* NPI #
** Responsibilities:
*** Perform patient care duties and treatments as per care plan
* Provide health promotion, counseling, and education
* Administer medications and other personalized interventions
* Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.
* Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily
* Must be able to lift 50lbs
* Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
* Additional responsibilities as required
** Pay Rate:*** $35/hour
