About the RoleLloyd Staffing is looking for a driven Junior Business Development Representative to support our growth. This role is ideal for someone who wants to break into staffing sales and is energized by outreach, relationship building, and opening new doors.
This position is heavily focused on new business development; you’ll be generating new client conversations, identifying hiring needs, and helping grow Lloyd’s presence across the region.
What You’ll Do- Prospect and engage new hiring managers and decision‑makers
- Drive high‑volume outreach through calls, emails, Linked In activity, and targeted networking
- Build a strong sales pipeline and schedule introductory calls/meetings
- Understand client staffing needs and collaborate with recruiters to align talent solutions
- Assist in managing new accounts you bring in, ensuring strong service and retention
- Continue business development efforts while steadily expanding your account portfolio
- Track activities, opportunities, and metrics within CRM and sales reporting tools
- Strong drive to work in sales and business development especially in staffing
- Confident communicator who is comfortable reaching out to new contacts daily
- Highly self‑motivated, competitive, resilient, and goal‑oriented
- Ability to handle a fast‑paced, activity‑heavy environment
- Plus if you have experience in sales, customer interaction, or competitive roles
- Someone looking for long‑term growth into Account Manager / Senior BD roles
- Base salary + uncapped commission structure
