• Learn to connect small businesses with fast, flexible working capital solutions
• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads (no experience needed – we'll train you!)
• Qualify business owners and explain our funding options
• Build and manage a pipeline of clients
• Work closely with senior account executives and mentors to close deals and grow your income

• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Coachable – you’re eager to learn and apply new strategies
• Confident communicator – comfortable on the phone
• High energy, team player, and goal-oriented
• Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus (but not required)

• Base salary + performance-based commissions (realistic first-year earnings: ~75K+)
