• Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Carry out security‑related procedures and adhere to site‑specific policies relevant to logistics and distribution environments.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the warehouse and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activities.
• Document and report any unusual activities, security‑related incidents, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, including coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities when appropriate.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
