Cap Front is growing, and we’re expanding our engineering beyond any single platform as we build more custom web and AI‑driven systems.

We’re hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer who can lead and ship – owning projects end‑to‑end, mentoring others, and delivering hands‑on work on the critical path.
Salesforce is our primary environment today
, so experience building on it and/or integrating with it is strongly preferred
. At the same time, a growing share of our roadmap is outside Salesforce
, and that trend will continue – so we’re looking for someone excited to build across platforms.
Location: Melville, NY (hybrid/on‑site depending on fit)

• Lead delivery end‑to‑end: clarify requirements, break down work, set milestones, manage risk, and keep stakeholders aligned
• Build and ship full‑stack web features and internal tools (frontend + backend)
• Work across systems:
  Salesforce today, plus an increasing set of custom apps/services and integrations
• Deliver practical AI in production:
  • LLM workflows (document intake, summarization, search, copilots)
  • Predictive/ML (scoring, forecasting, classification)
• Raise engineering quality: code reviews, testing, documentation, release practices, monitoring/observability
• Mentor engineers/contractors and help scale a pragmatic, high‑ownership engineering culture

• 6+ years building production software, including full‑stack web development
• Proven player‑coach leadership: you can guide others and still deliver hands‑on work consistently
• Experience shipping AI to production (LLM features and predictive/ML workflows)
• Comfortable in a scaling environment: ambiguity, tradeoffs, bias to action with quality
