Non-CDL Driver​/Warehouse

We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to join our logistics operations. In this role, you will operate a 16 ft to 26 ft box truck delivering and picking up cargo across the NY Tri-State Area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut).

• Valid, active Class D Standard Driver's License (or state equivalent).
• Clean driving record (MVR) for the past 3+ years.
• Age Requirement:
  Minimum 21 years old (required by federal law for interstate CMV operation).

  1-3 years of verifiable experience driving a 16 ft to 26 ft box truck or medium-duty commercial vehicle, ideally in the NYC Metro/Tri-State area.
• Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver heavy freight using material handling equipment.

salary: $41,600 - $50,000 per year

• Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a 16 ft to 26 ft non-CDL box truck (with liftgate) throughout urban, suburban, and high-density traffic environments across NY, NJ, and CT.
• Freight Handling: Load, unload, and secure freight using liftgates, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and load straps/e-track systems.
• Route & Schedule Management: Execute assigned routes using company GPS and dispatch apps to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• DOT Compliance: Perform mandatory pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR); maintain required Hours of Service (HOS) logs via Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) or paper logs as mandated.
• Warehouse work and lifting required no exceptions.
