• Visually and electronically inspect tires, scan tires into the system, repair tire injuries, and fill with extrusion gun.
• Buff old tread off tire casings, apply new tread compound on casing, operate tire x‑ray machine as necessary, and operate curing chamber while monitoring equipment settings.
• Operate the computer‑based tracking system throughout the production process.
• Maintain sufficient and accurate inventory levels with respect to material used in the retreading process, utilizing the automated inventory‑scanning feature to keep inventory levels current.

• Must be able to move, and stack truck tires, tread, and other materials repetitively, including lifting to 50 pounds and standing for up to 10 hours a day. Occasional bending, walking, kneeling, and stooping are also required.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to utilize air‑powered hand tools.
• Work is performed inside the manufacturing facility, with exposure to dirt, rubber dust, noise, and seasonal temperature changes.
• Must adhere to all safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment – safety glasses, hi‑vis, safety footwear, etc.).
• Other duties assigned as needed.

Monday – Friday, 1st Shift: 5:00 am to 1:30 pm

• $18‑$20 per hour based on prior retread experience.
• $1.50 per hour productivity bonus (Available).
• Paid weekly.
• $1,000 referral bonus (for both people).
