Join a leading wealth management firm helping families plan for a secure retirement. We’re looking for an experienced Seasonal Tax Preparer to support our clients during the busy 2025 tax season. You’ll handle a mix of individual, business, and trust returns — all while working with a friendly, professional team that values accuracy, integrity, and client care.
What You’ll Do- Prepare and review individual, business, and trust tax returns
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with IRS and state tax laws
- Communicate directly with clients to answer questions and explain results
- Stay current on tax law updates and apply them in real time
- Collaborate with our wealth management team for seamless client service
- 2+ years of experience preparing tax returns
- Proficiency in tax software (Quick Books, Turbo Tax, or similar)
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and deadline‑driven
- Excellent communication and client service skills
