What you will do:
- Process customer invoices and apply payments accurately
- Monitor aging reports and manage follow-up on outstanding balances
- Support collection efforts by resolving payment issues and discrepancies
- Prepare AR reports and assist with cash flow tracking
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate billing
What qualifications you will bring:
- 3+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience
- Strong understanding of AR workflows and reconciliation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
