Accounting Clerk

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This role involves handling essential accounting tasks such as data entry, accounts payable, and accounts receivable within a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have experience working with Quick Books Online, particularly in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

- Perform accurate and timely data entry for financial transactions.

- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.

- Handle accounts payable tasks, ensuring proper documentation and timely payments.

- Utilize Quick Books Online and App Folio to maintain and update financial records.

- Process invoices and reconcile discrepancies as needed.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth handling of multi-entity accounting operations.

- Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all financial activities.

- Assist in preparing reports and summaries for management review.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements - Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.

- Strong proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail.

- Hands-on experience with Quick Books Online and App Folio software.

- Familiarity with invoice processing and reconciliation procedures.

- Background in the real estate industry is preferred.

- Ability to work effectively in a multi-entity environment.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions.
