As the Accounting & Tax Manager
, you’ll supervise monthly accounting processes, guide tax engagements, and be the go-to person for a portfolio of small business clients. But this isn’t a role buried in back-office chaos or stuck in the traditional tax season grind.

This is a relationship-first, client-facing position
—you’ll become a trusted client advisor and leader within a dynamic, growing team.

• Lead and supervise the monthly accounting and tax process for a portfolio of clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and strategic planning.
• Ensure timely, accurate financials and tax filings while spotting opportunities to add value.
• Coach and develop team members—build a bench of rising accounting talent.
• Collaborate internally to improve workflows and leverage technology for scale.
• Contribute to an environment where teamwork, fun, and results go hand in hand.

• CPA or EA preferred, or equivalent experience with tax and accounting management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting, preferably with client-facing experience.
• Strong grasp of GAAP, tax compliance, and advisory-level client service.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and mentor staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms (QBO, Xero, etc.) and workflow systems.
