This team is responsible for developing automated solutions and supporting operational processes that ensure the accurate execution of compensation terms across Hilton's global partner network. As a Distribution Services Analyst, you will play a key role in the administration of the Fast Pay Commission Payment Program. You will be responsible for researching and analyzing commission payment data, resolving discrepancies, supporting hotel and partner inquiries, and driving process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound business decisions.

• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Fast Pay processes and commission payment programs.
• Familiarity with Travel Agent Commissions Settlement policies and procedures.
• Experience with travel agency commission-processing systems.
• Previous experience performing reconciliations, variance analysis, or payment processing activities.
  
  Experience supporting operational improvement initiatives and process optimization.

• Research information, analyze data, and develop objective recommendations and action plans related to the Fast Pay commission payment program.
• Manage and support the commission payment lifecycle, including research activities, internal controls, reconciliations, and special projects.
• Perform detailed reconciliations of hotel supporting documentation against meeting planner company invoices, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Investigate, document, and communicate payment variances and resolution outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to Hilton-branded properties throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico regarding approvals, required documentation, and meeting pickup reporting.
• Assist with commission payment adjustments and ensure timely resolution of payment-related issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service support to meeting planner companies and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with the implementation of operational enhancements.
• Support ad hoc reporting, research requests, and special projects as assigned.
