Payroll Specialist

We are looking for two detail-oriented Payroll Specialists to join a team in Memphis, Tennessee, in a Long-term Contract capacity. This position focuses on delivering accurate, timely payroll support for a large employee population across multiple states while maintaining compliance with established payroll standards. The ideal candidate brings strong payroll expertise, a careful approach to deductions and with holdings, and the ability to contribute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Process end-to-end payroll activities for a high-volume employee population, ensuring accuracy and on-time completion each pay cycle.
• Administer payroll for employees working across multiple states while applying appropriate wage, tax, and compliance requirements.
• Review and manage payroll deductions, including garnishments and other required with holdings, with close attention to detail.
• Audit payroll data to identify discrepancies, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate employee payment records.
• Support payroll operations during Oracle-related implementation activities as needed, helping maintain continuity in day-to-day processing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address payroll questions, clarify records, and ensure smooth payroll execution.
• Maintain payroll documentation and follow established procedures to support compliance and reporting needs.
