The Fuel Shop Office Specialist is responsible for the office functions of the fuel shop. The specialist provides support through kit assembly, quality checking, and material handling.

• Responsible for all kit functions.
• Accurately and efficiently assemble items into a pre-determined kit.
• Order parts for kits.
• Work with and establish rapport with parts vendors.
• Label kits and kit parts with appropriate information.
• Adhere to correct kitting and parts/paperwork tracking procedures.
• Ensure kitting is accurate and updated in the Sx.enterprise system to include the contents and status of each kit.
• Receive parts and verify accuracy.
• Order core and return core.
• Handle warranties.
• Create RGA for warranty items.
• Create OE tickets for PO’s.
• Work with warehouse team to ship kits.
• Assist as needed with customer RO’s.
• Assist in other tasks that are needed to ensure quality customer service.

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to speak and listen effectively.
• Customer Service experience.
• Proficient computer skills.
