As a Seasonal Tax Administrative Support team member, you’ll play a vital role during the busy tax season, contributing to a collaborative and client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication
  • Assist in communicating with clients to collect necessary documentation and information for tax preparation.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
Document Management
  • Organize and maintain client files and documentation in preparation for tax filings.
  • Assist in data entry and verification of client information.
  • Work closely with tax preparers, administrative staff, and other team members to facilitate a streamlined tax preparation process.
  • Provide support to ensure the overall success of the tax season.
Administrative Tasks
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork.
