Position Summary

The Part-Time New Business Processor supports our advisory and operations teams by handling new client onboarding and account setup tasks with accuracy and professionalism. This role ensures all client documents, applications, and account requests are prepared, processed, and tracked efficiently across the onboarding pipeline.

This position is ideal for an organized, detail-driven individual who thrives in a structured office environment and wants part-time hours on a consistent weekly schedule.

Schedule
  • In-office: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • Part-time: 18–24 hours per week (some flexibility available)
Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding
  • Prepare and process new client paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Communicate with advisors and clients to request missing information and gather required documentation.
  • Update CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot) with onboarding progress and maintain accurate digital documentation.
Account Setup & Processing
  • Assist with establishing new financial accounts, rollovers, and ACAT transfers.
  • Coordinate with custodians such as Charles Schwab to ensure smooth account setup.
  • Maintain compliant and well-organized electronic client files.
Administrative & Operations Support
  • Support quality control checks for new business submissions.
  • Assist with basic workflow monitoring and help identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of internal SOPs and training materials as needed.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years in financial services, administrative support, or account processing preferred.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (Hub Spot, Redtail), Google Workspace, and financial custodian platforms.

  • Reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a part-time office environment
