Job Summary

We are currently seeking an organized and detailed "EXPERIENCED" Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator is responsible for communicating with manufacturers, securing replacement parts and repairs for defective merchandise. The warranty administrator handles the shipment of defective parts, arranges for the delivery of replacements or receipt of credit, keeps an accounting of transactions, and handles all warranty requests in compliance with both company standards and legal requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Booking warranty repair orders.
  • Manufacturer warranty claim submission and follow‑up.
  • Service contract claim submission and follow‑up.
  • Maintain receivables schedules.
  • File paperwork.
  • Work closely with a team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors.
Qualifications
  • Warranty experience required.
  • Able to work in a high‑pace/high‑volume environment.
  • Detail‑oriented.
  • Able to work well with others and be part of a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • General accounting knowledge preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure all warranty paperwork and documentation are completed and maintained orderly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure claims are completed in a timely, efficient manner.
