• Dive into a variety of HCV program activities and think processing applications, screening participants, and keeping everyone’s eligibility up to date.
• Prepare contracts, lead briefings, and verify information like a pro, all while following HUD regulations and our high-performance standards.
• Handle the nitty-gritty and the big picture: eligibility checks, leasing, annual re-certifications, interim changes, participant moves, rent adjustments, HAP contracts, portability, hearings, and terminations.
• Be a key point of contact for participants, helping ensure their experience with the program is smooth, supportive, and compliant.

• Detail-oriented and organized, but not afraid to juggle multiple tasks with a smile.
