Position: Processing Clerk (contract)

Processing Clerk (contract) – Hilton

This is a contract role providing services to Hilton through Talent Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by Talent Solutions and will not be an employee of Hilton. Contract workers are not employees of Hilton or any of its subsidiaries, and are not eligible for Hilton benefits.

Job Summary

This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and organization of corporate operations. You will play a vital role in supporting daily administrative functions while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational workflows. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Sort and scan incoming mail to ensure timely distribution and processing.
  • Perform general office tasks to support daily operations and administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to increase overall team organization and efficiency.
  • Work with other corporate teams on special project and program requests.
Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite for document creation, data management, and communication.
  • Experience working with SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in an administrative or office support role.
