Admin Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The primary responsibilities are to answer a multi-line switchboard and assist with various clerical duties. The successful candidate will have a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with all levels of management

** Part time position at 6 hours per day, 5 days per week**

• Answer phones
• Order office supplies
• Clerical duties (mail, data entry, filing)
• Scanning checks
• Route settlement paperwork
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to multitask
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Basic math and calculating skills
• Strong PC skills (word, excel, power point)
• Outstanding verbal communication skills
• Ability to type at least 40 wpm
• Detail orientated
• A strong work ethic
• High school diploma or GED
