We are partnered with a well-established manufacturer in the consumer goods space seeking a results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to lead initiatives that enhance operational performance, product quality, and customer satisfaction. This role will focus on identifying improvement opportunities, executing strategic projects, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning across the organization.

The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for:

• Analyzing operational data to identify high-impact improvement opportunities.
• Planning and executing cross-functional improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
• Developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Promoting standard work practices and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and PDCA.
• Delivering training and coaching to build internal capability in CI tools and techniques.
• Leading change management efforts to support adoption of new processes.
• Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project impact.
• Maintaining a portfolio of improvement projects and ensuring strategic alignment.
• Driving cost reduction, efficiency gains, and quality improvements across operations.

The Continuous Improvement Manager will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results.
