We are partnered with a well-established manufacturer in the consumer goods space seeking a results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to lead initiatives that enhance operational performance, product quality, and customer satisfaction. This role will focus on identifying improvement opportunities, executing strategic projects, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning across the organization.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for:
- Analyzing operational data to identify high-impact improvement opportunities.
- Planning and executing cross-functional improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
- Developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Promoting standard work practices and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and PDCA.
- Delivering training and coaching to build internal capability in CI tools and techniques.
- Leading change management efforts to support adoption of new processes.
- Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project impact.
- Maintaining a portfolio of improvement projects and ensuring strategic alignment.
- Driving cost reduction, efficiency gains, and quality improvements across operations.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results.
