• Track and monitor the maintenance of Drive Time vehicles.
• Perform inspections and collaborate with management to repair or reject inventory based on estimated repair costs and overall quality.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic standards.
• Manage incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Prepare and move vehicles throughout the distribution center for retail.
• Record daily inventory of vehicles arriving from auctions.
• Maintain a clean and organized area to avoid spills and hazards.

• Comfortable operating all vehicles at the Reconditioning Center.
• Ability to conduct inspections and maintain detailed, accurate records of vehicle condition.
• Familiarity with company standards and ability to uphold cosmetic standards.
• Commitment to safety, eliminating hazards for oneself and teammates.
• Effective teamwork with management and staff to decide on repair or reject of inventory.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Visual acuity and manual dexterity to operate a vehicle and equipment.
• Ability to lift or move objects up to 60 pounds.
• Use of safety equipment such as face shield, goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and protective garments.
• Capability to reposition oneself in tight spaces beneath a vehicle.
• Strong communication with internal customers in English.
• Mobility throughout the workplace to access machinery and vehicles.
• Tolerance for varying temperatures, noise, humidity, and fumes from vehicle maintenance.
