About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Perform precise wheel alignments using advanced alignment equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot alignment-related issues effectively.
• Inspect suspension and steering components for wear and damage.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain alignment findings to clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in alignment services.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training is a plus.
• Proven experience as an alignment technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle alignment equipment and techniques.
• ASE certification in steering and suspension is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
